This Risk Disclosure Statement ("Risk Disclosure") explains important risks associated with the use of the 1IN10 Trading Data Valuation Platform ("Platform") operated by 1IN10 Data Labs Limited ("Company").
By creating an account, applying for an Assessment, participating in any program, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks described below.
1. Nature of the Platform
The Platform is a trading data analytics and behavioral evaluation platform.
The Platform is designed to evaluate trading behavior within simulated trading environments and to provide analytical reports and data evaluation services.
The Platform is not:

Performance achieved within a simulated environment should not be regarded as indicative of future real-world trading performance.

Payment of an Assessment Fee does not guarantee:
- successful completion;
- favorable evaluation;
- advancement to Phase 2;
- eligibility for commercial licensing;
- eligibility for a Data License Fee;

Assessment Fees are not investments and should not be viewed as creating any financial return or ownership interest.

These analytical outputs are based upon proprietary methodologies developed by the Company.
Evaluation methodologies may change over time.
Scores and reports are intended solely for analytical and educational purposes and should not be interpreted as investment advice, trading recommendations, financial advice, or guarantees of future trading performance.
5. Commercial Data Licensing Risk
Participation in Phase 1 or Phase 2 does not automatically result in commercial licensing of participant-generated data.
Commercial licensing is subject to the Company's independent evaluation process and, where applicable, execution of a separate Data Contributor & Data License Agreement.
The Company may determine that participant-generated data has no commercial value.
Accordingly, participants may never receive any Data License Fee.
6. Data License Fee Risk
Where the Company operates a Data License Fee Program, participation does not guarantee:
- selection;
- approval;
- payment;
- payment amount;
- future eligibility.
The Company retains sole discretion in determining whether a Data License Fee is payable and the amount of any approved payment.
Participants should not participate in the Platform with the expectation of receiving compensation.
7. Settlement Risk
Where an approved Data License Fee is settled using mPRM, participants acknowledge that:
- settlement is performed through the designated issuer;
- issuance of mPRM is subject to the issuer's own terms and compliance requirements;
- blockchain transactions may experience delays or technical failures;
- supported blockchain networks may change over time.
The Platform is not responsible for risks arising from third-party blockchain infrastructure beyond its reasonable control.

11. Technology Risk
The Platform relies upon various technologies, including cloud infrastructure, internet connectivity, trading infrastructure, blockchain networks, and third-party service providers.
Interruptions, outages, software defects, cyber incidents, maintenance activities, or other technical issues may temporarily affect Platform availability.
The Company cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
12. No Investment, Employment or Partnership Relationship
Participation in the Platform, including any Assessment, Phase 1, Phase 2, Data License Fee Program, or execution of a Data Contributor & Data License Agreement, does not create:
- an employment relationship;
